Nestlé enters the plant-based burger competition

Nestlé is wading into the meat alternative market in a big way, launching their Incredible Burger in Europe with plans to release a similar product in the US (the American version will release as the Awesome Burger in autumn). 100% plant-based, the burger uses natural protein from soy and wheat and reportedly maintains the look of a burger with the help of natural plant extracts.
