Luke Johnson opens up about collapse of Patisserie Valerie

Luke Johnson, the executive chairman and chairman of the remuneration committee of Patisserie Holdings, has broken his silence on the downfall of principal trading brand Patisserie Valerie. Writing in The Sunday Times for the first time since the cake and coffee chain fell into administration, in January of this year, he described the business' decline as “horribly rapid and unexpected”.
