The number of food manufacturers announcing pledges to be net-zero businesses continues to escalate and, within those commitments, come a flurry of targets in areas from packaging to waste. 

What are companies doing to reduce their environmental impacts? Are their efforts enough? What role can technology play? We’ll be asking all these questions and more.
