Hydrolized vegetable protein (HVP)

HVP is widely used in the food industry as a flavor-enhancing ingredient. It is made from natural vegetable proteins (corn, soybean, rapeseed, wheat or rice) that are further processed under controlled conditions into amino acids to allow their full flavors to develop.

Hacoflavor and Toparom will help you to give your products a unique flavor profile. Our flavors range from various subtleties and strengths of chicken, beef and pork, but also include other flavorful products. Most products are vegan and therefore highly suitable for use in meat replacement products.
